Green Peppers have a more bitter flavor, and the sweetness increases as they change to Yellow, Orange, and Red. Red Peppers pack the most nutrients. Ready for Harvest between 50 days (Green) to 70 days (Red). This plant requires transfer to a larger growing area.

In the US, cilantro is the name for the plant’s leaves and stem, while coriander is the name for its dried seeds. These seeds produce edible flowers, leaves and seed. The flowers and leaves are best used raw, great addition to beans, chicken, spicy dishes and salads. Ready to harvest 50-55 to leaf harvest; 90-105 to seed.
HARVEST NOTES: Harvestable at every stage. Leaves may be harvested once the plants have become established and before flowering begins. The immature seeds are sweet and fresh and can be harvested after they form on the flowers, until they become brown and dry. Mature seeds are produced about 3 months after planting and are harvested when dry on the plant.

Salanova is a new type of lettuce, consisting of multiple, bite sized leaves that decreases preparation time, and increases usable leaves. These tomatoes are very sweet, have a fruity flavor, and are bright orange/tangerine colored. Cherry tomatoes are rich in lycopene, which is great at fighting free radicals that cause disease. Lycopene can also limit UV damage to your skin from sun exposure and promote better heart health. Cherry tomatoes are also an excellent source of: Vitamin A.
